RETURNS. Maybe our product is not quite for you? If so, you can return any product for a full refund up to 30 days after purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your product must be unopened and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To return your product please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order or purchase details and reason for return. You can also return your item to us via our market stall - see dates on this website - or please pay the shipping cost for returning your item. We do not refund the original shipping cost paid on your order.
REFUNDS. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund of the product. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, or we will despatch an exchanged product.
QUALITY ISSUES. We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If this is the case we need to know purchase date, flavour and batch number (printed on the label). Please contact us at email@example.com and we will help you from there.
